디즈니랜드의 주최로 매년 Food and Wine Festival이 있습니다. 약 $150불로 요리 데모도 보고 시식을 하고, 이벤트에 따라서는 디너 쇼도 볼 수 있는 재미있는 이벤트입니다.
한국관광공사의 리드로 한국음식을 선보인다는 기사를 읽고 전화도 하고 여러 사람들에게 연락을 취하여 확인을 해 보았습니다. 그런데 더 깊게 파고 들어가보니 디즈니에게 한국음식/주류 레시피를 주고 그냥 알아서 하라는 식의 것인 모양입니다. 일본인들이 적극적으로 참여하는 것과는 전혀 다른 그 안이함에 좀 화가 났습니다.

The Disney's Food and Wine Festivalannounced that this year Korean food and wine are featured. There will be cooking demonstration and also a dinner show featuring international-mixture of artists, including Nantadirect from Korea. (Nanta is a non-verbal performance, combination of Stomp and Blue Men in a kitchen setting: www.nanta.co.kr). Korean wines are also featured during the festival period.
Unfortunately the day Korean food and wine are featured as a signature event is Wednesday, which is not practical for us to organize an official club event. But I hear a couple of you are going anyway. If you are coming too, please RSVP and we will plan on meeting each other. Life is more precious and food is more delicious when shared with friends and the world!
